The Challenge
Offwork
Clarifying a complex but powerful employee benefit
Branding, UX/UI, and website delivery
Offwork began as an idea, with no brand, product, or digital presence.
First, we defined a clear value proposition in a crowded benefits market. Then built a product and brand that felt credible to HR leaders, finance teams, and members of staff.
As a new company, Offwork needed to launch with confidence. Any lack of clarity, trust, or commercial logic would make adoption harder and slow early momentum.

Our approach
Building clarity before interfaces
Offwork’s founders wanted something different. We worked closely with their team to define the product: who it was for, the problem it solved, and why it delivered more value than traditional perks. From there, we shaped the brand, experience and website as one system. We defined the product and proposition, validated buyer needs and intent, and aligned brand, UX and messaging. Design was used to build trust, reduce perceived risk and support early-stage growth.

Product design
A booking app where points become trips
Employers pay into a monthly travel fund and every team member sees it as points. The employee app keeps that one number in front of them: pending points land on the dashboard, destinations are suggested from what they can already afford, and every stay and flight is priced in points. When a trip costs more than the balance, the difference goes on a card in the same step, so nobody is stopped at checkout. A confirmed booking ends with confetti, not a receipt.
Admin tools
Gifting points in one card
Team leaders get their own side of the product. Gifting is a single card: choose a team member, add a note and send the points, with the budget updating as you go. Monthly limits sit behind it, so managers can reward people without approvals or expense claims.
Onboarding
Company set-up in three steps
A new company adds its team from one data file, sets up payment through Stripe and lands in the admin dashboard. Each step says what happens next, and anything can be skipped and finished later.
Website design
A website that sells the perk to two audiences
HR leaders want the commercial case; their teams want to know where they can go. The homepage carries both: the real dashboard in the hero, the airlines and hotel groups behind the bookings, and plain answers on cost and carbon offsetting.

Brand identity
A new brand built for launch
We created Offwork’s brand, product experience and website from the ground up: the product narrative and structure, the brand and visual system, a clear, conversion-led website and a digital foundation that can scale. The experience explains how employer contributions turn into meaningful travel for employees, while reinforcing the business value behind the idea. Every touchpoint was designed to support adoption, trust and long-term growth.
Illustration
A cast of characters instead of stock photos
Hand-drawn people do the explaining: jumping for a confirmed booking, high-fiving over a gift, peeking round a login. They keep an HR product feeling like time off.

The result
A credible, market-ready platform
Offwork launched with a clear proposition, a confident brand, and a digital experience designed to support growth and adoption.
