B2B websites built around who is buying, for Servebolt, Wise and The3Key
Why B2B
Count the buyers before you design the homepage
A B2B site usually has to serve more than one buyer. Servebolt sells to technical teams, agencies and enterprise buyers. Wise sells to logistics and construction firms, and needs the workers it pays to use it too. When all of them meet one long page with one button, none of them is served well. Wise's old site was exactly that. The fix is structural: count the buyers, give each one a route and put the proof in the order that buyer checks it. Sometimes the answer is one buyer. Air Landline sells to a sole trader deciding on a phone in a few minutes. So the price went to the top, and the free trial is three clicks from landing. Organic traffic is up 62%.
What we have built
Built for B2B buyers
Servebolt, managed hosting
Three buyer routes, technical, agency and enterprise, each with its own order of evidence. A 4.7 Trustpilot rating and benchmark awards moved to where buyers land. Concept to live in three months. See Servebolt.
Wise, workforce compliance
Two front doors that never cross: the business buyer gets the demo route, and the worker gets pages of their own. Separate logistics and construction pages replaced one long page. See Wise.
The3Key, accountancy
Six cards under Who it's for let each kind of creative find themselves first, then the services that fit. Conversions rose 77%, and the site earned an Awwwards Honorable Mention. See The3Key.
Air Landline, business telecoms
One buyer, deciding alone. Price first, a free trial three clicks from landing, and a brand that talks to a sole trader. See Air Landline.

Structure, design and build
B2B website design for considered sales
Grid is a B2B website design agency for companies whose product takes some explaining. We design the structure, the pages and the system behind them, and build in WordPress, React or headless.
Every project starts with the buyers. Who arrives, and what does each one need to see first? Which proof moves them, and is the next step a trial, a demo or a call? A site with two audiences gets two routes.
B2B sites get forwarded. A page that wins the first reader also has to satisfy procurement and the engineer who checks the claims. So security, pricing and references are easy to find.
What we design
Where a B2B site is won
Separate paths for each buyer, with their own calls to action. Servebolt's technical, agency and enterprise buyers each get one.
“As someone who had never managed a website project before, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. … Highly recommend for anyone looking to work with a company that knows their stuff.”

FAQs
What B2B teams ask before hiring us
The number of people deciding. A B2B site is read by the person who found you, the person checking the claims and the person signing. We design a route for each, with the proof each one needs.
Give each one its own front door. Wise's business buyers get the homepage and the full demo route. Drivers and subcontractors get a doorway in the navigation and their own pages, and the two paths never cross.
Eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to live when the copy exists. If the content has to be written from scratch, add a month. You get the date at proposal stage and we hold it.
Yes. For The3Key we wrote the copy alongside the brand and the website, with the claim first and the detail underneath. If your team writes, we structure the argument each page has to make and edit with you.
Yes, and we treat that as a requirement from day one. Servebolt's site shipped as a WordPress build its marketing team owns and extends without us.
The numbers are the clients' own. The3Key's conversions rose 77%. Air Landline's organic traffic is up 62%. Servebolt went from concept to live in three months.
The brief writer. Four questions, about a minute, and you leave with a written brief whether or not you ever talk to us. Or email hello@griddesign.co.uk and a founder replies personally.
