About Luc Vincent
Luc Vincent is a salon-grade haircare range with a loyal following and a real reputation among stylists. Colour care, repair and volume, sold to people who know the difference between salon and supermarket.
They came to us to rebuild the store. Same brand, same products, a site that actually sells them.

The problem
The product was never the problem
Reviews existed but never appeared where anyone was deciding. Search was doing the job navigation should have been doing, which is usually the clearest sign a store has been built around the company rather than the shopper. That gap between a beautiful brand site and a working storefront is the most common problem in premium e-commerce. The identity is right, the photography is right, and the conversion rate sits a long way below what the products deserve, because nobody has designed the route from landing to basket. Information architecture, product discovery, merchandising and social proof get treated as content problems rather than the commercial decisions they are, and every extra click between a shopper and a decision quietly costs a sale. So we rebuilt it around one question: what is this person actually trying to do, and what is standing between them and the basket. That meant navigation built on shopper intent rather than product names, three routes into the range, a buying moment before the product page, reviews placed where the decision happens, and a rewards programme designed to turn a first order into a habit. Everything on the page had to answer to that question or come off.

The storefront
From a brand site to a storefront
The old homepage introduced a company. The new one merchandises a range. Product is within reach on the first scroll, and the featured-product spotlight does the work of a product page without the click: size, price, rating, add to basket. A visitor can buy the hero product before they navigate anywhere.

Proof and loyalty
Proof where people decide, and come back
Reviews were on the site, just never where anyone was choosing. We tied them to the product that earned them and put ratings in view at the moment of decision. Then we built the rewards programme in properly, because haircare is a repeat purchase and the first order is the expensive one to win.

Such a great team to work with. Creative, easy to collaborate with, and they just got what we needed. Brilliant from start to finish!
